Anti climbing fence is a high security fencing system widely used in places like military bases, prisons, airports, borders and large
public buildings. Proper installation can ensure the safety and service life of the anti-climbing fence.

Before installation,we need to get all the materials and tools ready.
· Material:fence mesh panel,poles with plate,flat bar bolt&nuts.
· Tools:drill,hacker machine,level ruler,measurement tape,metal wall plug,spanner.

There are two methods to install an Anti-Climb fence: ‘Pre-embedded Installation’ and ‘Eye-opening Installation.

Pre-embedded Installation

Anti Climb Fence is one of the heaviest and strongest fences which resist people from entering the terrain. “Pre-embedded” installation is the standard way to install this Fence. It is an effortless installation and perfect for the land surface. In this way,usually 30-50cm buried extended column is used.

01. Determine the installation location and the length of the fence.Find the spots to drill holes for the posts.Mark the spots you
have identified and start digging pits. The fence columns must be put into these dug-up holes carefully and precisely.
02.Pour liquid cement into the pits and then waiting a few hours to let the cement dry. The column should be well-mounted and
firm, not moving at all after the cement has dried.
03.After leveling adjustment,put mesh panel into position.And then install flat bar and screw or other connectors.
04.Conduct tests and inspections of the fencing system.The fence system must ensure the safety and effectiveness of the fence system. Testing often involves simulating conditions such as climbing, impacting and cutting . Inspections usually involve inspection
of the coating, connectors, brackets and locks on the surface of the fence to ensure the integrity and continuity of the fence system.

Eye-opening Installation

The second method is the eye-opening installation. This process is suitable for cement floors. Before punching the hole in theground, you must first weld a ground plate at the base of the column giving more firmness and support to the fence.This method is time-consuming and relatively more complex than the pre-embedded installation process. Therefore, the installation method is only used when absolutely necessary.

Anti-climbing fence usually require doors to facilitate the entry and exit of people and vehicles. Before installing the fence, youneed to determine the location of the gate and the size of the gate. The size of the door needs to fit actual needs, so that peopleand vehicles can enter and exit. Door locks usually require special lock cylinders and keys to improve door security and anti-theft performance.

02.Anti climbing Fence Spikes

When the height of fence systems  is more than from 2.2 meters from the ground,we need mount spikes.In some circumstance higher height restrictions may exist so its always important to check.We offer a number of different ‘Razor’ anti climb devices including Razor Comb, Razor Spike, Razor Point, Razor Channel and Razor Ribbon. These are all forms of highly effective metal anti climbing spikes.

U-Profile Razor Spikes
U-profile Razor strips are available in lengths of 1.8 meters with a base plate of 40 mm. The strips enables the holes to be securely fixed to fence tops, walls and roof edging using screws or appropriate masonry fixings. Another fixing option that works when attaching u-profile Razor Channel to metal surfaces (such as a gate) is to weld the anti climb spikes in place.
W-Profile Razor Spikes
W-profile Razor spikes are perfect to work with right-angled edges. These strips are available in lengths of 1.8 m presenting forward facing spikes of 30mm and upward spikes that are 50 mm in height. Like the u-profile strips, a number of pre-drilled mounting holes need to  firmly fixes the strips in place. We need to mount holes on both the forward and upward facing surfaces.
Razor Point anti climb spikes

Alongside Razor Spike, present the most aggressive metal anti climb spikes. Razor point is conveniently available in strips of 0.4 m and 1.2 m enabling the anti climbing fence system to be installed in short lengths, avoiding the need to cut strips to fit. As for other Razor products, the base plates are pre-drilled with fixing holes every 80 mm and its recommended they are fixed in place using appropriate M6 fastenings.
